This British singer is seemingly more famous for her addiction problems than she is for her music. This is a shame because she was such an extraordinary talent. She was banned from entering into the United States in 2009 as a result of her drug convictions and for committing assault. This happened around a year and a half after she was banned from here in 2007 as a result of a drug charge in Norway. The authorities in the United States refused to give her a work visa to perform at Coachella in 2009. Her addiction finally claimed her life in 2011.
