You wouldn’t really think that this is Katy Perry until you see that familiar gleam in her eyes, and those signature black hair and lips. She just stuck with those, but the prominent things that seems to be missing here is the color. Sure, brown is good, and an off-shoulder is so Katy, but the minimalistic style is definitely not her, and we love the KP that we see today.
